Magic, owls, elves, butterbeer, flying brooms, swishing robes.

June 1997. Magic, owls, elves, butterbeer, flying brooms, swishing robes. Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry became a part of almost every childhood fantasy (at least for those who were reading J.K.Rowling’s creations voraciously) Owls, that had hitherto scared me, became creatures to be in awe of and to be adored. Every bad day ended up hoping for a letter from Hogwarts that would whisk me away from the mundane Muggle life.
20 years later. I still want to go to Hogwarts and live the magical life. But, I can’t do that (the wisdom of adulthood tells me).
So, I have decided to walk down the memory lane with my fellow Potterheads through a Harry Potter tribute series on my blog. These wonderful people will reminisce about how the world of Hogwarts became a part of their life and still lingers somewhere inside them, 20 years later.
